The Youth Encouraged to Succeed (Y.E.S) program was created to provide students with tools and training to prepare them for today’s work environment. Through our efforts of providing school supplies, self improvement training, leadership training, and basic job skills training, Y.E.S seeks to equip disadvantaged youth with practical information they may not otherwise receive. Y.E.S will partner with local schools, the business community and school programs to achieve the goal of preparing today’s youth to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Executive Summary
Xtreme Access has created venues for MTXE Foundation to continue building bridges over the digital divide. MTXE’s strategic partnerships with local and national web based learning organizations and other non-profit entities will enable MTXE to provide technology solutions. These partnerships will enhance the effectiveness of teachers, administrators and students. Our strategy is to implement programs to assist disadvantaged youth prepare for today’s business environment. Gaining access to this technology will positively impact their futures.
